1982. Demand for Housing Rehabilitation Funds, Demographics, survey and loan demand analyses for Seattle Housing Authority focused on the needs and desires for home improvement loans among Seattle residents.

1982. Juneau No-Move Study, Projected probable growth scenarios for population, employment, housing, office space and retail sales in Juneau, contingent upon its continuing as Alaska’s capital. (A separate report used to evaluate the effects of moving Alaska’s capital to Willow).

1982. Sandlake Market Study, Analyzed the demand for office, warehouse and retail space of three parcels in west Anchorage based upon projections of supply and demand for the city as a whole.
